This week on Monday we made ANZAC biscuits to celebrate (a very late) ANZAC day and besides they tasted AMAZING. In our group Marshall put too much golden syrup in the mixture and they were sweet and syrupy and delicious. We used this recipe:
1 cup rolled oats.
1 cup thread coconut.
1 cup flour.
1 cup sugar.
125 g butter.
2 Tbsp golden syrup.
1 tsp baking soda.
2 Tbsp boiling water.
1 cup rolled oats.
1 cup thread coconut.
1 cup flour.
1 cup sugar.
125 g butter.
2 Tbsp golden syrup.
1 tsp baking soda.
2 Tbsp boiling water.
Hi Sam. I am Oh Hsen from Panmure Bridge School in Auckland. I really like how you have explained what you did. Great job on remembering the recipe. It sounds really delicious. I might be using this recipe one day to make my own ANZAC biscuits.
